Another hot, summery day is out ahead of us but it comes with the chance for a few pop-up storms this afternoon! This is all courtesy of a slight uptick in moisture flowing in from the east combined with our daily lake breeze. The lake breeze produces a boundary with just enough lift to pop a few downpours–these won’t be for everyone, but I’m sure we’ll hear the ground slurp up every drop of rain in those locations that receive it today!
