A cold wind off the lake is bringing much colder “lake air” all the way into Newton and Jasper counties. Highs will struggle to get out of the 40s today as a result.

Tonight into Monday winds will shift out of the south helping bring in our advertised warm air from the southwestern US!

The result will be lots of sunshine, a gusty wind, and temps that surge into the 70s and 80s until mid-week when our next cold front arrives!
