THE SUN WILL RETURN:

Clouds will eventually give way to sunshine later today, but that WIND will continue with gusts over 40 mph for the next few hours. Winds will gradually subside this evening, but will still be gusty.

Temps are noticeably colder–in the 30s now–but as that afternoon sun returns, we should at least recover into the low 40s. Stay warm everyone!
